Description
The Jordan Lake Dam in Chatham County, North Carolina dumps passing water into the Hall River and continues the southward journey flow. Bald eagles can be observed year round on the lake and on the Hall River below the dam. During the cold months eagles converge on the Hall River and feed in moderately high numbers.
These eagle photographs are a culmination of 27 years of me trying to learn the techniques of Bald Eagle photography and what a journey it has been learning about and observing and photographing the national emblem of our currently struggling great country.
